Christopher Faust is Vice President of Global Marketing for SumTotal Systems and provides market strategy and global marketing leadership to guide the company's expansion initiatives. He brings deep domain expertise in enterprise software, specifically for human resources, as well as innovative marketing strategies focused on driving growth and customer value.

Prior to SumTotal, Faust served as chief marketing officer for Softscape where he was instrumental in making the company a category leader in integrated Talent Management technologies. Faust is published frequently in industry publications and is often quoted, providing insight into market trends, best practices, and key strategies for achieving operational efficiencies and workforce productivity.

For 20 years, Faust has held leadership roles in pioneering HR technology companies. Prior to Softscape, Faust was vice president of Worldwide Marketing at WBT Systems, an international e-Learning company based in Dublin, Ireland. Faust's professional experience also includes co-founder and entrepreneur roles at Tripoint Technologies and Athena Learning where he worked closely with numerous Global 500 customers solving complex business problems.

Faust earned his Bachelor of Arts from Woodruff, and was co-founder and president of The Art and Technology Group in collaboration with Georgia Institute of Technology.
